About ME
MY NAME IS lAUREN
Hello! Welcome to Tailblazers, your local dog walking and pet services professional.
I have always been passionate about animals from a young age, and have lived with animals for most of my life- mainly dogs, however my parents never knew when I might come home with an animal that needed our help.
I have owned four dogs over my life so far- our Labradors Tess and Cookie, our Cocker-poo Blu and my Patterdale Mix named Tucker.
We have also owned hamsters, rabbits, gerbils, fish- you name it!
I also regularly walk dogs at a local animal rescue, and I find this so rewarding- being outside and with the dogs, two of my favourite things in life!
My regular 'day job' is a nurse, and I have worked within the NHS for the last 12 years, however I have never lost my passion for animals, and so...Tailblazers is born!
Tailblazers will predominantly offer dog walking services, however if you require care of any other animal, please see our 'Services/Pricing' section below for more information.
Our services are currently available on Thursday's, Saturday's and Sunday's, as I am currently working two jobs in order to hopefully expand my passion
in the near future.

Services/pricing
Group Walks: This choice of walk offers your dog the opportunity to socialise with other like minded/temperament dogs in a safe environment. We walk in a variety of locations in Ellesmere Port and the Wirral. Your dog will return clean and ready for a snooze!
Price: £15 per dog, £10 per additional dog per household.
Solo Walks: Does your dog like to be the center of attention? or maybe they are elderly, a puppy or just not too sociable. This walk offers one to one contact with your dog at their own pace, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Price: £20, £10 per additional dog per household.
Home Visits: We will call in to your home whilst you are busy at work or out for longer than a couple of hours- play some games, have a toilet break, cuddle and a water top up.
This service is available for other animals, not just dogs!
Price: From £13
Pet Taxi: We can transport your dog to the groomers/vets or to a family member when you are not available. Pricing will be dependent on distance/requirement.
Price: Dependent on requirement/distance.
Pet sitting: We will sit with your pet whilst you are away working or out for the day/evening. If dog sitting overnight, this will include a 45 minute walk morning and evening.
Price: £50 per 24 hours.
£15 per hour (not overnight)
For any other enquires not listed in the above- please just reach out and ask, we are happy to be flexible and offer services for all animals, not just the dogs :)
